Tempus Alba Syrah 2016

This Syrah was born as a result of a precise fermentation process control, a long maceration of 20 days and a short ageing in new oak barrels. This wine exhibits an elegant personality with notes of cinnamon and cloves and a clear nose reminiscent of licorice, anise, ripe plums and blackberries. With soft tannins and round mouthfell, it has a very long finish.
